Born in the Dominican Republic, International Chef Manuel Rodríguez has opened his second restaurant in Palm Beach County. El Palacio del Mofongo highlights the culture and gastronomy of the Dominican Republic, fusing traditional and modern dishes of the island’s cuisine with dishes of international stature.
His specialty is the famous Dominican Mofongo, the traditional dish known as the «Dominican flag».
The restaurant offers a variety of Caribbean dishes with the International and Dominican flavor, which has earned chef Manuel Rodriguez recognition of expertise and perceived influence in intercultural cuisine.
